Books Should Be Free is a great website that offers thousands of audiobooks that can be downloaded in MP3, iTunes, and iPod formats. The site is easy to search and has a ton of books that are read in school.

Breaking News English is a great site for ESL and English Lesson Plans that are built around current events and news. The site is always up to date and offers 1000s of FREE 13 page, ready-to-print handouts, downloads, and quizzes.
NEWSELA publishes articles on current events and other interesting topics that can be adjusted to meet a variety of reading levels.
Poetry Foundation is a wonderful web resource for anyone interested in, studying, or just wanting to enjoy poetry. The site has information, tons of poems, searchable content, interviews and information on poets, and more.
LitCharts is provides condensed outlines and summaries of classic literature. The outlines and summaries are far shorter than those you would find in Sparknotes or Cliffnotes.
Brightstorm's Youtube channel has a number of free instructional videos including English Grammar, English Writing, and SAT prep.
